• RISE™ nutritional drink for better energy, focus, and cellular resilience (not included with membership but available for free with customer referrals)
• Weekly group Zoom sessions to build momentum and offer community support (included in tuition) 
• Coaching and regular check-ins to help you stay on track and adjust as needed (included in membership)
• Weekly personalized monitoring and progress reports to ensure the program path we are on is the right one and to provide adjustments as needed (fully included in tuition). 

We also monitor progress behind the scenes, adjust assignments, and are always available when you have questions. You’re not left to figure this out alone.
