Autism Support

Gentle, Brain-Based Tools for Real Growth at Home

We know what it feels like to want more for your child, more clarity, more connection, more confidence in their ability to learn and be understood. At Resolve Unlimited, we use tools that meet your child where they are, helping build the foundation for language, learning, attention, and emotional regulation.

We specialize in supporting children with Level 2 and 3 autism, global delays, and complex learning needs using programs rooted in neuroscience and compassion - not behavior modification or force.

Our Approach for Autistic Learners

The challenges autistic children face with language, reading, attention, and self-regulation are often rooted in the way their brain processes sound and information. Instead of working around these difficulties, we use evidence-based tools to help the brain become more efficient and organized, one step at a time.

At Resolve Unlimited, we offer:

  • Fast ForWord for language processing, attention, and reading
  • The Listening Program for emotional regulation and sensory integration
  • TalkTools for oral-motor needs related to speech, feeding, and sensory processing

These tools are self-paced, accessible from home, and adaptable for children who may not thrive in traditional therapy settings.

Fast ForWord: Strengthening the Learning Network

Fast ForWord is a brain-based software program developed by neuroscientists to support the underlying cognitive skills that make learning possible, especially for children who process language differently.

Each session is made up of short, engaging activities that adjust in real time to your child’s responses, helping build:

  • Auditory processing (the foundation for language and reading)
  • Attention and focus
  • Working memory and sequencing
  • Reading fluency and comprehension

The program uses slowed and clarified speech to meet your child where they are and then gently builds up their capacity at their own pace. Even children who are minimally verbal or highly dysregulated often find an entry point. It may take some time to click, but once it does, this program has a powerful impact.

The Listening Program: Calming and Organizing the Nervous System

For many children with autism, sensory overload and emotional dysregulation are major barriers to learning. The Listening Program (TLP) uses specially filtered music to support calm, regulation, and improved brain organization.

Children listen through headphones in a quiet space, often during play, meals, or quiet time. Over time, many families report:

  • Fewer meltdowns or shutdowns
  • Improved sleep and transitions
  • Greater tolerance for learning activities
  • A more “settled” nervous system overall

TLP is a powerful first step for children who are easily overwhelmed or struggle to engage consistently with other programs.

TalkTools: Oral-Motor and Sensory Support

Feeding struggles, chewing on clothing, speech delays, and mouth sensitivity are all common for children with autism. TalkTools is a fun, play-based program that uses tools like chewy tubes, straws, and horn kits to:

  • Build strength and coordination in the jaw, lips, and tongue
  • Reduce aversions to oral input
  • Lay the groundwork for speech development and feeding success

This approach works even for children who resist direct touch or traditional speech therapy.

What Progress Might Look Like

Every child is different, and every success story is unique. That said, families often notice:

  • Clearer speech or new sounds emerging
  • Less resistance to learning or transitions
  • Better focus and fewer “zoning out” moments
  • Expanded language comprehension and expressive ability
  • More connection, more curiosity, more calm

You may start to see changes in as little as 4 to 8 weeks. The programs continue to build over time as your child’s brain lays new groundwork for learning.

Easy to Start. Simple to Use.

We handle the technical setup and coach you every step of the way. Most families start with:

  • A free consultation and intake
  • A custom program recommendation
  • Daily sessions (usually 30 - 60 minutes, 5 days/week) at home
  • Regular check-ins, tracking, and support

You just need a computer or tablet, internet access, and specialized ear-covering headphones. No advanced tech skills required.

This Isn’t a Cure - But It Is a Starting Point

We don’t promise overnight changes or “fixes.” What we offer is real, brain-based support that can help your child learn and grow on their own terms in ways that feel safe and lasting.
