Support for Traumatic Brain Injury Recovery

At-home programs that gently awaken skills

Traumatic brain injuries don’t just disrupt speech, memory, or coordination. They can fracture daily life. Parents and caregivers are often left searching for answers, juggling appointments, and wondering if progress is even possible.

At Resolve Unlimited, we offer a different path. One that meets your loved one where they are and works from the inside out.

We target the brain’s ability to change.

Every brain, even after trauma, has the potential to rewire itself. Our approach is built around neuroplasticity, helping the brain rebuild critical functions through consistent, low-stress stimulation. This is not a quick fix. But it is a powerful one.

We use the following research-backed tools in personalized combinations:

Fast ForWord

Rebuilds processing, memory, and focus

This interactive software strengthens the core cognitive and language processing skills most often affected by TBI, like working memory, sustained attention, and auditory sequencing. It starts with gentle, slowed speech patterns and gradually challenges the brain to process more efficiently.

It’s not tutoring. It’s re-training the brain to understand and organize language, one click at a time. Many families see gains in clarity, response time, and ability to follow multi-step directions.

The Listening Program (TLP)

Calms the nervous system and primes the brain for learning

TLP uses scientifically designed music and bone conduction headphones to calm sensory overload and improve auditory integration. For individuals with TBI, it helps regulate overstimulated systems, reduce anxiety, and prepare the brain to better absorb and respond to language, movement, and social input.

We often begin with TLP to create a state of readiness before layering in cognitive work like Fast ForWord.

TalkTools

Strengthens speech, feeding, and oral-motor coordination

When TBI affects muscles used for speech or swallowing, TalkTools offers a gentle, structured system for rebuilding strength and coordination. From mouth positioning to breath support, these tools help restore the physical foundation of clear communication, especially when traditional speech therapy hasn’t been enough.

We provide guidance and home-based coaching so caregivers can support progress daily, even without clinic visits.

Who This Helps

Our TBI programs are tailored for:

  • Children or young adults with moderate to severe cognitive delays post-injury
  • Individuals with speech loss, auditory confusion, or new sensory sensitivities
  • Families who are tired of navigating scattered services and want a coordinated approach
  • Those needing a slower, more compassionate pace of recovery, without pressure

What to Expect

We start with a conversation. No testing required. After learning about your goals and your loved one’s strengths, we design a custom plan using one or more of our tools. Most clients work from home 4 to 5 days a week for 20 - 30 minutes with 2 sessions a day.

You’ll receive:

  • Professional support and check-ins
  • Flexible pacing based on your child’s readiness
  • Remote tools that reduce the need for constant appointments
  • Progress updates and real communication

Recovery takes time. But it doesn’t have to take everything.

We can’t undo what happened. But we can walk with you in what comes next. Our work is about rebuilding capacity, one connection, one sound, one success at a time.

Schedule a free consultation to find out if this approach feels like the right fit for your family.
